Key Issues

I am in favor of responsible development that will help provide more options for renters, especially places with multiple bedrooms.  We need to make sure that those places include adequate parking and open space for recreation.   I will strive to make sure that those policies will keep that “small town feel” of the Hurricane we love.   

We need to consider a variety of housing options to fit a myriad of needs and budgets.  I will carefully vet the need for PID’s from developers.  I am a strong supporter of private property owners and we need to work together to make sure that those rights are supported and balanced with additional housing needs.
